The Tre Colline farm has a modern continuous cycle oil mill for pressing olives. In November and December, you can see the mill in full swing, producing excellent extra virgin olive oil from the estate's 1,500 olive trees. The mill also presses olives for other small farms and private individuals, who can proudly enjoy the fruit of their olive trees. The farm's winery, equipped with the most modern winemaking facilities, has a production capacity of approximately 1,200 hl of wine. Before bottling, the wines are stored in steel vats, while the wines for ageing are stored in oak barrels, kept in a barrel cellar. Most of the wine produced is bottled; the best known is Bardolino in the following versions: Classica, Superiore and Chiaretto. The range of wine products is completed by an excellent selection of still white wines, sparkling wines and red wines.

The Albino Martinelli Farm has been cultivating vines since the early 1800s. The vineyards stretch along the banks of the Adige River, skirting the slopes of Mount Baldo. The agronomic and oenological practices adopted respect environmental sustainability and safeguard the unique characteristics of the native grape varieties. The Albino Martinelli Farm is located in a 19th-century building where Albino and Eleonora will enchant you with their stories and lively hospitality. The winery is housed in the historic building which, combined with the architectural uniqueness of the new “winevista” wine cellar, combines history and avant-garde. These two characteristics also reflect the couple's production philosophy, halfway between tradition and innovation. Albino and Eleonora want to offer you a unique experience: enjoying the green vineyards during your visit with tasting.

At Cantina Stefano Accordini, we want to accompany you on a journey of discovery through the history and traditions of Valpolicella in the simplest and most natural way we know: by letting you taste our wines. Our work is rooted in the land, in a passion that has ancient origins, in knowledge and skills that have been handed down in our family for generations. To tell you who we are, we need to be a little practical. We offer different types of wine tastings and guided tours. Each one is designed to give you the opportunity to taste and learn about some of the wines we produce. We will walk together through the vineyards, talk to you about what it means for us to grow grapes in the mountains and explain how we make our wines. The Accordini family is delighted to invite you to visit some of its vineyards. During the tour, we will tell you about the history, traditions and wine culture of our winery and the Valpolicella Classica region. You will be provided with personal speakers, which will be your companions as you explore our vineyards, the highest in the Valpolicella Classica region, and discover the secrets that make our wines unique. We are a small family-run winery located in the heart of the classic Bardolino Classico DOC wine production area: in Calmasino di Bardolino. We produce the typical wines of Verona and Lake Garda: Bardolino, Valpolicella, Custoza and Lugana. Alongside these, there are also the single-varietal wines of the I Re Barbari line: Corvina, Chardonnay and Merlot-Cabernet. Cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil completes our range of typical Lake Garda products. We were founded in 1975, but our roots lie in the American Dream. Grandfather Angelo obtained a loan from his brother, who had emigrated to America in the early 1900s, to buy a small farm at the foot of the village of Calmasino, overlooking Lake Garda. His son Luigi, our father, founded the current winery, and today the baton has been passed on to Stefano, Luca and Davide. Much time has passed, but the dream continues. Our wines bring joy to thousands of old and new customers who come to taste our wines in the cellar every year. We welcome them to our shop and our panoramic lounge, where they can taste our wines at their leisure while enjoying the view of the sunset over the lake from the panoramic terrace

.Every day, upon reservation, we organise guided tours of our winery, allowing you to discover the treasures that the land around Lake Garda has to offer. The tour of the winery will allow you to learn the secrets behind transforming grapes into our wines, through a detailed explanation of the stages of vinification and an understanding of the use of wood, yeasts and preservation methods. The tour of the winery will inevitably lead to a tasting of our wines, accompanied by typical local products. You can also organise your event in the winery, for private occasions or corporate dinners. From our room on the mezzanine floor and the large terrace, a panoramic view of Lake Garda and the hills of Calmasino will provide the backdrop for your event.

Benvenuti all’Osteria alla Rosa! Vi trovate in uno dei locali storici di Malcesine, la cui apertura risale agli inizi del secolo scorso. Dalla Rosa si “parcheggiava” l’asino fuori nel cortile (oggi giardino pergolato) e si entrava per concludere affari, cercare od offrire manodopera per il lavoro nei campi, vendere o comprare bestiame o semplicemente per giocare a carte e bere un “gotto” in compagnia; gli artigiani e i contadini erano poi soliti portarsi la propria “gamella” con il “rancio” quotidiano, che la Rosa teneva al caldo sulla stufa, e serviva con un bicchiere di vino (spesso anche più di uno!!). Con il passare degli anni il “Bar Rosa” ha dismesso l’uso della cucina, ma è comunque rimasto punto di ritrovo per la gente del luogo. Soltanto negli anni ’60, con l’avvento del turismo, gli stranieri hanno cominciato a varcare la soglia dell’Osteria alla Rosa, attratti ed incuriositi dall’allegro vociare degli avventori del posto. In June 2000, my wife Luisa and I (Marco Pallua) reopened this old tavern in the historic centre of Malcesine, inspired by the motto ‘New cuisine, old flavours’: the restaurant has been completely renovated, but its soul has remained faithful to local tradition. Thanks to the professionalism handed down through four generations and our passion for hospitality, in just a few years we have sought to create a pleasant and welcoming environment where you can enjoy the most delicious dishes from a cuisine rich in the flavours of the lake and the surrounding land. Upon entering the restaurant, you immediately breathe in the atmosphere of the taverns of yesteryear: the bar and dining room are furnished in rustic style, the walls are decorated with antique tools representing agricultural life and the crafts of the past, the tables are covered with checkered tablecloths and ‘gotti’ (traditional wine glasses), and the counter is filled with locals chatting cheerfully. In fine weather, you can enjoy our cuisine or simply sip a glass of fine wine while enjoying the intimate atmosphere created by the vines that shade our outdoor garden. The kitchen is open non-stop, so at any time of day you can enjoy a good bottle of wine, choosing from the many options in our cellar, and whet your appetite with local cold cuts and cheeses or our lake fish snacks.

THE KITCHEN

The kitchen is right in front of your eyes. You can check the way we work, the way the wood-fired spit roasts our products… Italian tested juicy meat. Self-service allows customers to decide how long they wish to stay with us. Meat and beer at the entry, coffee and cakes at the small stall in the garden. Located right in the middle of a one-hectare green area, the restaurant is just out of Malcesine, far from the town bustle, in total harmony with the surrounding nature. In our restaurant you can sit down at wide wooden rustic-styled tables to taste wood-fired spit-roasted meat in the shade of the olive trees, which frame this heavenly corner. We are open from March to October, every day from noon to midnight. The kitchen closes at 11 p.m. With outdoor tables, and two heated halls, we allow our customers to find the place that suits them most. In summertime, the breeze blowing from Mount Baldo cool down the hottest days. And if you look out from the outdoor tables, you can see Lake Garda on the horizon. In our restaurant, you can have a fast meal, you can spend the whole afternoon with your family, or enjoy a tête-à-tête dinner with your lover… Your choice.
